About Us: Clients

Josie Hendry at The Silver Fox Interiors is a Registered Interior Designer with the British Institute of Interior Design*. She has more than 15 years of experience in the industry.

Josie graduated with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from The Art Institute of Houston in 2005, specialising in Healthcare Design and completing her Interior Design Internship at MD Anderson Cancer Centre, Houston, Texas. She was also part of an American Society of Interior Designers project to update a Houston hospice providing end of life care for people with HIV/AIDS.

After graduation she was employed by HOK, one of the world's top Architecture and Design firms, in the Interior Design Department of their Houston office, where she worked, primarily, on projects to renovate 17 United States Air Force Medical Facilities, widely spread across the USA. During her time with HOK she achieved LEED AP** status with the US Green Building Council.

On returning to the UK, Josie worked under her own name for a number of years, then as part of another practice, Koubou Interiors.  She undertook a variety of projects ranging from residential conversions and extensions, to change of use and private healthcare facilities

The main priority of The Silver Fox Interiors is to understand the specific needs of each client and apply them throughout the entire interior design process. What we create is born from a collaboration with each client, which is why we include our clients in each step of the process to ensure that our work is exactly what they had in mind. The end result is an inspiring space that promotes well-being.
